Moscow region, 26 February 2021 — Representatives of the largest science — research Rosstandart institutes — VNIIFTRI and VNIIM — visited the Uzbek National Institute of Metrology (UzNIM)
“UzNIM realizes the project to modernize existing and create new standart units in terms of cover urgent needs of different economic industries of Uzbekistan. Russian standart unit of frequancy and time is one of the best in the world today. We are glad to share our experience and promote the creation of modern standart unit of frequancy and time and national time serves in Uzbecistan. Nowadays, from elaboration theoretical questions, we start practical realization of previous agreements of creation modern national standart unit base” – underlined General Director of VNIIFTRI Sergey Donchenko.
VNIIFTRI renders assistance to UzNIM not only about modernization of standart unit of frequancy and time but also other standart units – phisico-chimical units, radio-technical units, ionizing radiation, etc.
During the visit technical and economical parameters of the creating standart units were discussed, clarified the order of there creation and intro for exploitation.
As the result of meeting was project of standart units list that complete technical and economical parameters of standart units. Also it was clarified the order of the creation and main steps of development the Uzbekistan standart unit of frequancy and time and were clarified the composition and requirements for the supporting infrastructure. Agreements were reached on the implementation of a distance learning project for UzNIM specialists.
The visit was held according the work on the implementation of the agreements of the meeting of the Russian-Uzbek working group on increasing the level of interaction with the Eurasian Economic Union, implementation of the Agreement on cooperation between the State Scientific Metrological Institutes of the Federal Agency on Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Russian Federation (Rosstandart) and the Uzbek National Institute of Metrology on the creation and modernization of the standart unit base of Uzbekistan, as well as the current agreement on scientific and technical cooperation between the institutes VNIIFTRI and UzNIM
